Mandamom
Mathusee and go as slowly as you need to, depending on how dyscalculia affects her.
ShelleyW
We have used MUS successfully.
herekittykitty
Three things are working for us right now: MUS Right Start card games (we use in place of timed drills) City Creek Press materials (we are using Addition the Fun Way book and audio CD plus subtraction clue cards)
guateangel
We tried RS, MUS and MM. It wasn't until we tried TT that my daughter finally 'got' math. No more tears and best of all, I am not the teacher! :) Best of luck to you, I understand the frustration.
wy_kid_wrangler04
I don't know that my son has dyscalcula but he has some major learning disorders. He just does not understand. I just ordered Developmental Math for him. Check out Dianne Crafts website and there are tips on there. Developmental Math follows her program to a T. I am praying that this will help ds. I use MUS blocks with him as well but according to Dianne Craft's website might not need them anymore?? We'll see!
