gnann
We used SWB's History of the Ancient World and History of the Medieval World for 9th and 10th grade and loved them. The next book in the series is not available yet. We have the early modern history books recommended in WTM, but we are not pleased with them. I'm afraid if we continue, my daughter, who has been loving history, will be terribly bored. Does anyone have a suggestion for interesting books that would cover the Renaissance through modern history. Gnann

jibaker103
We have used Beautiful Feet Guides and we are now using Tapestry of Grace. Ds love both but keep in mind TOG includes more subjects and is more involved.

Starr
Dd used one of SWB's recommendations. It was cheap and an older book. I have to say nothing has been as enjoyable for her as History of the Ancient , and History of the Medieval World. I'm still planning on buying her new books as they come out for reference material on the forever shelf.
