sheryl Posted July 7, 2012 Share Posted July 7, 2012 We received a call from the neurologist's office that dd's 48 hour eeg came back normal. You've heard me for the last few years tell you every time she has an eeg, asking for prayer and the results. Well, after 4.5 years of being seizure-free and over 2 years of having "clean" eeg's, her neurologist is going to start weaning her from her meds. We'll discuss that during her follow up appt in about a week. There is a chance that during the weaning process or being weaned that she could regress to seizing, but her doctor feels confident that she won't.
