Abbeygurl4
Do you like it? Do your dc enjoy it? Is it worth doing? I'm on the Royal Fireworks website contemplating the purchase of Grammar Island and my ADD brain is saying "Oooo get that! That looks good, too!" Elfknitter.#
I purchased it but we've only recently started with Alice, so I don't have a lot of insight yet. So far, dd is enjoying it.
MamaChicken
Does anyone else have experience with these? We love MCT and I think they look good, but haven't seen a lot of discussion about them.
zoo_keeper
We're almost done with Peter. I do like them, I just wish he had put all of the teaching stuff in the parent manual and let us buy our own books. I've actually bought the 3 books separately because we prefer illustrated versions. So then after we read a chapter I go back through the parent manual and the MCT version of the book looking for quote quizzes and sentence analysis. I would just be more convenient to have everything in one place.
Mom-ninja.
I'm interested as well. The samples don't give me a good enough idea. Well, if the sample is showing the meat of the program then I'll pass. I'm not impressed with the sample. I've been looking at Teaching the Classics and Ready Readers.
