Jean in Newcastle
Cinnamon bark capsules? Bean pod tea? I've been googling but I get the same testimonials over and over again. Were these supplements helpful? A waste of time? Side effects or things to watch out for?
frugalmama
My mom uses the Cinnamon capsules for her diabetes - it does help quite a bit. I notice she takes less insulin when she consistently takes the cinnamon.
Cinder
Dh tried cinnamon but it didn't make much difference for him so he stopped. Haven't heard of bean pod tea.
Rosie_0801
I never used capsules, but I noticed cinnamon helped when I was diabetic. Vinegar too. Rosie
kewb
My dh drinks hibiscus tea with cinnamon every day to help with his diabetes and high blood pressure. I think actual cinnamon is better than the supplements but I imagine the capsules would help.
