HollyDay
I've heard about the health benefits of nutritional yeast, but how do I add it to my daily eating?
celticmom
I found a recipe for tofu ricotta that calls for it. Other than that :lurk5:. I will advise that you keep it out of reach of any dogs. Ours have stolen two bags that I brought home.:001_huh:
HappyLady
I add it to any kind of red sauce, cheese dish, soup, you can put it on popcorn (though I've never tried that), scrambled eggs/tofu, sandwiches, burritos/tacos, casseroles...... I have a cookbook specifically for nutritional yeast uses so I'll look through there to see if there's anything else I can suggest. :)
Cosmos
We love it on popcorn. It has to be in powder form (sometimes it comes in flakes). Careful with the powder, though. It's very tiny particles and easy to inhale.
