Plink
I need to teach you how to do this before you can know it. It is impossible to get anything wrong if you don't know what it is, and I can't teach over your wails. Gah! Anyone else having one of those days today? Jennifer in MI
I have one like that. He cries whenever he is having trouble picking something up the very first time. UGH! Luckily he's a pretty smart kid and after a break, he's usually ready to pick it back up and try again. But, if it's not done on his terms, look out!!! Julie Smith
My eldest does this sometimes. With him it is because he is tired, and / or going through a growth spurt. I have told him, "If you are having a day where you know you can't do school, let me know and we wouldn't do anything school that day." He will happily do school stuff another day. I also know it's a wasted effort to make him do school when he is like that. If we do get something done it will make his mood only worse, and he wouldn't remember anything he learnt anyway. MamaT
Yes, he's 23 now, and a dad himself. :001_smile: We both lived through it.
