Crissy
The boys finished the rest of their text books last week, and they've been excited to start the new ones (we don't take summers off). Yesterday morning I woke to the sound of the coffee brewing in the kitchen and Hunter whispering in my ear, "Mom, where's my planner? I'm ready to do my math." He sat on my bedroom floor in his red and white striped pajamas doing the first lesson in his new math book like he does the puzzle books from his stocking on Christmas morning. Kelli in TN
I think we are about to join you. We just tried to take June off. Just June. I believe we will be back to work very soon, or you might find my children on ebay. One or the other.
Crissy
Did he make the coffee!? What a kid. My dd loves new math books too. Well, the beans are ground and the water poured at night so we don't mis-measure in the morning, but yes, he was thoughtful enough to turn the machine on and get the coffee brewing for us. What a kid!
