SeekingSimplicity
What can I do with sausage for supper? I've got a roll of turkey sausage that needs to be used up...
Belacqua
You might slice it (into rounds) and mix it with lentils and red onions.
*lifeoftheparty*
I've got some Bratwurst to use up too. I'm going to make "breakfast for dinner" and slice the sausage up, and fry it up with diced potatoes, bell peppers and onions. I'll also make eggs and slice up some fruit. LauraGB
By "roll" do you mean in the casing? Like bratwurst or kielbasa? Or do you mean it's bulk ground sausage?
ChristusG
Wrap them in crescent rolls with cheese and make giant pigs in a blanket. :D My kids love those.

You know how sausage comes in a plastic tube? Like this:

saraha
We like sausage fried with green peppers and onions, then mixed into cooked white rice.
