Laura in STL
I'd like to pick a couple passages from plays or a poem, possibly. Does anyone have favorites that you have used? I thought I had my memory work all squared away when I remembered this.:glare: Of course, I've loaned out my WTM and Living Memory at the moment! Btw, this is for ds11 in sixth, so preferably funny/action oriented. I'm definitely thinking not the Romeo and Juliet balcony scene, here.:tongue_smilie:

katilac
Puck (A Midsummer Night's Dream) is funny. What about his ending speech? "if these shadows have offended . . . " others my kids have enjoyed: Marc Antony's funeral oration (friends, Romans, countrymen) St. Crispin's day (we few, we happy few, we band of brothers) the witches (double, double, toil and trouble)
2_girls_mommy
My dd8 did sonnets # 18 & 23 this past year. 18 because it was recommended in her SOTW3 A.G. #23 because she participated in a Shakespeare read a thon at the state capitol and she was assigned that one to read aloud.
