treestarfae
Party favors for tween girls? Any help here on the latest goody bags?
JFSinIL
Have them make a craft item they can take home instead of a goodie bag. That age loves friendship bracelets, right? Or, if there aren't too many of them, let them bake cupcakes/cookies and take some home as their "goodie".
Sushi's Mom
Does the party have a theme? I usually try to make the party favor have something to do with the theme. If there is no theme, then what are these girls interested in? Around here, the public school kids like Justin B., while the homeschool girls we know like more crafty things and American Girls at that age. (my daughter just went to an AG party yesterday; the birthday girl turned 12.) Fancy notebooks & journals, interesting pens & highlighters, lip balm, nice stickers (themed or the kind from the scrapbooking section of Joann/Michaels), beaded things they can make, bracelets are things any girls would like. treestarfae
It's going to be a grab and go because the party is at a roller skating rink. Thanks for the ideas!

Momling
We found some really cute wooden boxes for a dollar each at the craft store and filled them with chocolates. Very popular and less than 2 dollars each!
k2bdeutmeyer
I'm super cheap when it comes to party favors, and I HATE the stupid little trinkets that I always just end up throwing away, so I usually try to do something a little more usable. I like a lot of the suggestions above!
