Favorite convention lectures or speakers I shouldn't miss?

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure if convention lectures are the same state to state....

...but what are your favorites?

I think I just read that Robin in Tx that recommended a Carol Barnier lecture about learning styles that someone else had recommended on the boards ~

Someone also said that Andrew Adams is a good lecture to attend....

any others stand out in your mind?

I'm narrowing down my choices! Definitely want to hit some motivational ones too!

thanks!

SWB (of course)

Adam Andrews is fantastic.

Debra Bell is really worth hearing as well.

Those are my top three. I would love to hear more from all of them and would travel in order to do so. They are all speakers that I could listen to all day long and still be just as excited at the end of the day.

I am really hoping to hear Jessie Wise one of these days and I'm looking forward to hearing Jeannie Fulbright next year.

I think that the Barnier talk that everyone raves about is "Don't miss the gift of this child." She also does one on learning styles, and I hear she's great, but it's the "gift of this child" that is supposed to be so fantastic. AT least that's what I've heard.

My favorites:

SWB and mom, Rob Shearer, Debra Bell.

I heard Carol Narnier speak about five years ago on distractable moms. She was fantastic; it was a talk where you literally laughed and cried.
