Netflix and HOD's Bigger and Prepraring

We're planning on doing Bigger as well and the only thing I have scheduled in right now from Netflix is Liberty's Kids. That is a pretty popular recommendation on these boards, so you probably already had that one on your list.

 

I'm listening as well for other options :bigear:

Do you have it actually SCHEDULED...like by unit? If I don't have things written down and posted where I see them, I'll never do them :tongue_smilie:

Here is a rough break down:

 

Units 14-16 cover the time period that Liberty's Kids covers. That is a total of 15 days covering the Revolutionary War. There are 40 episodes in Liberty's Kids, so I am planning on just having dd watch 14 episodes (discs 1 and 2) week 14, 13 episodes week 15 (discs 3 and 4), and 13 episodes week 16 (discs 5 and 6).

Unit 4 Days 3-5: Pocahontas (2003, animated, not Disney) regular Netflix

Unit 5 Days 2-5: Pilgrims (http://www.scholastic.com/scholastic_thanksgiving/)

Unit 19: Lewis and Clark: Great Journey West (Netflix Instant)

Unit 25: Into the West (Netflix)

Unit 31: Wright Brothers' Flying Machine (Netflix Instant)
