Whoever ordered the meal. It is one rule my kids really stick to - no one sneaks anyone else's food. My 18yo who goes out much more often than his younger siblings, offers them his leftovers quite often. Who gets them depends on what it is - whoever really likes that particular food.

I voted other. Here's the deal: If I ordered the meal, I eat the leftovers. If dh ordered the meal while out at a fancy business dinner, during which time I ate mac 'n' cheese with the kids, then he leaves me with the kids the next day to go to work, then

 

I EAT THE LEFTOVERS, DARNIT!

Excellent answer. It almost never happens around here, but I'm saving this answer for when it does. I'm telling my husband it's the accepted etiquette. :D
