Meanwhile can you google "old fashioned education <list name>" and click the "cached" option? It won't have awesome formatting, but should have the info. AFAIK, nothing has changed for a while, so you should be able to use the Wayback Machine/Internet Archive to view it and get the download links for the books. Try this.
