I've been wanting to write out an education mission statement for myself, to put at the top of my monthly lesson planner worksheet, to help me stay focused. It's very well put-together, inspiring, and interesting, imo. You'll need a lot of outside resources because it doesn't have a ton of content (there is some, and it's very good), rather "look this up" or "write about this."
