Chloe Posted May 11, 2011 Share Posted May 11, 2011 My 8yo ds is mildly dyslexic. He is coming along (slow but sure) in reading, thanks to vision therapy, but needs lots of work on spelling. SWR is less teacher-friendly at the beginning, but it is more flexible, and consequently, more student-friendly, because it is easier to adjust the program to suit the child.
