dancer67
I have a 12 yo who complains of an upset stomach a lot. Only at night. I would like to give her a probiotic, but I am not sure which one because of her age and she is very thin(12, 5'2" and weighs 94 pounds). Any suggestions? And something I can maybe pick up at a CVS for her. Thanks!
Snickerdoodle
Make kombucha, kefir, . There are many options that you can do at home that are on the cheaper side than prepackaged probiotics.
Amy in TX
Not cheap, but Culturelle is the most thoroughly studied, as far as I know. It cured my dd's crippling gas pains. Target has it for $17 for a month's supply.

Jean in Newcastle
I like the ones made by Jarrow. They are in the refrigerated sections of health/vitamin stores.
