LinRTX Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 This is really a happy/sad moment for me. I started homeschooling him when he was 4 and now he is graduating from college on Saturday! He is getting a degree in EE and is graduating with honors. I'm so proud of him.:hurray: But then the following weekend we pack him up and move him about 3 hours away to his new job that he starts the following week. My only little boy is now a man! He has been on his own at college for the last few years of course, but this feels so permanent.:001_unsure: Quote
Gwen in VA Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Congrats to him! That's wonderful! Parenting seems to have an abundance of happy/sad moments.....Happy at their growing up to be such awesome kids, sad that they are leaving..... :001_smile: :ack2: Quote
4arrows Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Congrats! You must be very proud of him! My oldest has one more year at home. I know it is what we are working for, but sometimes it is hard, isn't it? Quote
