I need one that will let me input my calories so I always have a running total for the day. Also, it would be great if it has a reference for the calories contained in common food items. ETA I am looking for one that's fairly simple - too complicated/too many features will likely keep me from using it well. I've seen them mentioned here in various threads, but no time to search them out today. Your input appreciated!
