Karen in CO
My ds was just accepted at his newest first choice college which is a Japanese University.. Now we have a student visa (5-8 week turn around on this), placement tests, orientation (in Japan) and financing. Now my big problem is convincing the prepaid tuition program we have in FL to pay for a Japanese university. Out-of-state is okay with them, but I have not gotten any positive feedback on out of country. Ugh. But tonight we will rejoice and tomorrow we will get down to business. It is a long road from acceptance to enrollment.

Sharon in MD
This is exciting news...and I greatly admire your spirit of adventure. I don't think I'd have the courage to do it. But, then again, I'm a big chicken that way! Best wishes on the pre-paid thing....hopefully they will see a great program and agree!
