Hoggirl
The church from our youth always gather together to watch the super bowl. Church provides pizza, parents provide snacks and desserts. I want to be the mom with the coolest, cleverest super bowl snack. Something cute and football-ish, but also yummy. Too much to ask?
TN Mama
This probably won't be the coolest, but it'd probably be popular. How about rice krispie treats shaped like footballs? You can use icing to make the finger lines/stitching.

NanceXToo
There are some really cool ones here: http://refineddesigner.wordpress.com/2010/02/03/fun-creative-superbowl-snacks/ Scroll down a little bit and check out the "Greatest Snack Food Stadium Ever Built"- how cool is that?! This is not as good a picture but it does explain how to make a "snack stadium" http://www.sporkorfoon.com/spork_or_a_foon/2010/02/the-ultimate-super-bowl-snack-the-holy-taco-football-stadium.html (Oh, actually, I just found out you can google "How to make a snack stadium" and you'll get lots of sites depicting pictures and instructions!) :D

You can use icing to make the finger lines/stitching. If you made these with Cocoa Krispies they'd be the right color! Another idea: choose any of the "dirt dessert" type recipes (usually pudding, oreo crumbs and green coconut) and make it in a 9x13 pan and decorate it like a football field (lines, endzones with team names, goalposts made of straws or similar) a less complicated idea: make individual sevings of jello in clear plastic cups and make batches in each of the team colors (for example for the Bears do a cup with blue on the bottom and orange on the top) You could also maybe add food coloring to vanilla pudding or cool whip. I think I've seen online "recipes" for mixing jello or kool-aid colors to get unusual colors like black or brown.
