NaturalMomma
Has anyone ever used A Journey Through Grammar Land? I would love to hear your feedback on it. Thanks!
Kareni
No personal experience but a search turned up the fact that Homeschooling6 used it a couple of years ago. She mentioned it in this thread. Perhaps you could send her a personal message. Regards, Kareni
thowell
We started with this at the beginning of the year. We have since dropped it for The Sentence Family. It was ok. The one thing the girls did not like is that the chapters were a little long for them. There is a blog that has printable worksheets to go along with each chapter. My girls are very hands on and artistic so the sentence Family had been a much better fit for them. However, I enjoyed Grammarland!
JennyW
We're using Grammarland, and both my daughter (4th grade) and I love it. Some of the assignments are a little confusing, but I've gotten a better grasp on some things, which has helped me teach her.

Hi thowell, We just started Grammarland and I was wondering if you had a link to the blog with the worksheets. Thank you!
DaffodilDreams
Yes. Dd7 loves it. The worksheets on the We Don't Need No Education blog have been helpful.

freerange
We used it when DD was 8, prior to MCTLA. She liked the humour and quirkiness, and we worked through it orally so it made a great book for snuggling up together.
AngelBee
I have been paging through it, but have not used it with the kids.

I thought this was more for grades 5 and up (Rainbow Resource says 5th - 7th).
momto2Cs
I think there may be some confusion here. Journey Through Grammarland is different than GrammarLand: Grammar in Fun for Children in the Land of Schoolroom-Shire. The second title is the one with free worksheets and is easier to use with younger kids.
