He loved being able to reserve one when he needed it, w/o the hassle of owning, insurance, etc. If I remember correctly, there was a car lot close to his apartment. . . . The only thing she has complained about is when she needs a bigger vehicle for out of towners, she has to remember to request in advance because they only keep little ones at the lot near her house.
