simka2
Our new Boston Terrier does this obnoxious wind sucking, snorting (but inhaleing) noise every once in awhile. It only happens when he's sleeping. I guess I'm a bit wigged, because it's similar to the noise our pug was making before she died. Anyone, know anything about Boston's? Denisemomof4
my Rat Terrier does this All The Time, and my dachsund does it sometimes. I had a friend who had a Boston Terrier that did this regularly and she was perfectly fine. You do know, though, that their smooshed in nose can cause air flow issues. I doubt this is what's going on, though.
hillfarm
Google reverse sneeze. Our pug does this sometimes. To help her to stop, we rub her throat or gently block her nostrils with our fingertips for a brief second or two and she stops. It often seems triggered when she gets dust or tiny chicken feathers up her nose.
