They let the man go!!!!

Oh my gosh, that poor man and his family. It is scary to think of innocent people sitting in prison, their lives being wasted and their families having to go on without them.

I read that story awhile back as well and every now and then I will find myself thinking about him.

I have had this happen to me before (the unintended acceleration) and it was very scary. This happened years ago and no one believed me either. They all said that I must of had my foot on the gas instead of the brake. I knew I had my foot on the brake. I was lucky though because my brakes finaly engaged and the car stopped. Several times after that I heard of older people who had the same experience and they were always labled as senile but I knew that it was possible. Now that Toyoto had this large recall a lot of these cases are being reconsidered. I so glad to hear this man has been freed.
