Can no bake cookies be made with all natural peanut butter?

Just peanuts and salt that is.

I've discovered that Trader Joe's peanut butter is truly awesome. It is exactly as I remember it from my childhood, and it doesn't get hard and nasty when you refrigerate it like the Smuckers natural. It is kind of gloppy and has no sugar, which makes it great, of course; but I'm wondering if it can be used to make no bake cookies in place of the peanut butter with sugar and hydrogenated fat.

If I am cooking with natural peanut butter, I pour off the oil first and then use just the peanuts. This is more of a problem with Adams brand than some others.

If the peanut butter is a bit thin, then I just reduce the other liquids a bit or increase the dry ingredients a bit.

The nice thing about natural peanut butters is that they are usually just two ingredients, so it is hard for them to mess anything up!
