StephanieF
I know that Ambleside uses this as a spine for history, are there any other curriculums that use it too? I'd like to use it for my 7yr old for grade 2 in the fall. Stephanie
angela&4boys
Pageant of History does, but I can't find a link for you. However, the Yesterday's Classics produces several titles including Our Island Story, and they have what Pageant of History uses for each year at their site. They use that particular title in their Year 3 program.
woolybear
http://www.tanglewoodeducation.com/21thru6.htm It is used in second grade there. Not sure about that link. If it doesn't work go to Tanglewood Education, grade 2, reading lists.
FordFamily
Tapestry Uses this. You can listen to this for free on the librovox (spelling?) websight, where people read for free and you just stream and listen.
lisak
It's used in Truthquest Middle Ages. It's also used in Guest Hollow's free American History Year One curriculum: http://www.guesthollow.com/homeschool/history/americanhistoryindex.html They have an online link for it. littlebug42
Materamabilis.org uses this book as well. It is a Catholic CM free curriculum.
