Audrey
My son is on Lesson 52, Problem Solving. We CAN NOT figure out the riddle. Would someone please explain it to me? Thanks! ~Holly Are you sure that's the right lesson? In our 6/5 book lesson 52 is "Naming Numbers to Hundred Billions" and I don't see a riddle in the problem set. Holly in FL
I meant the Warm-up... Here it is: One man said of another man, "Brothers and sisters have I none, but that man's father is my mother's son." What is the relationship between the two men? DarlaS
It is his own grown-up son. He would be his mother's son and the father of his own son.
Holly in FL
Thanks. I guess the part that is confusing to me is "...but that man's father is my mother's son." Smiles! ~Holly
