Lara in Colo Posted March 19, 2010 Share Posted March 19, 2010 I'm looking for a history book that just gives me the facts and I can get other curriculim from there on, I guess just a timeline with some discription to go with it. I'm really trying to teach history by showing what was happening at the same time, for instance I can remember my american history, but I cannot remember what was happening in France or Irelannd at the same time. I want to give my children a sense of history as a whole, not just a piecemeal, I would also like to have a good bible tie in as well, ie: Moses was in Egypt while Egypt was doing this, and what was happening elsewhere in the world.
