Tutor
Two of my kids have been taking an astronomy class at the local university museum for the last 4 months. They have been talking up this meteor shower that whole time, and they were all ready to stay up and watch it tonight... and it's cloudy. :glare: We'll just have to keep our eyes on the news and try to catch the next meteor shower. I talk to the trees
 We have had nearly 100% cloud cover for the past 2 nights, and it doesn't look any better for tonight. What a bummer! And they were calling for upwards of 100 per hour, too! -Robin

Go out the next couple of nights if the skies clear. There have been some spectacular explosions this year (or so I'm told). There will not be as many after the peak, but usually there are more than usual even during the evening hours a week before and after a meteor shower. We've had clouds and clouds and clouds here, too. :(
