astrid
Looking to start hitting the treadmill again and want to load up my ipod with some great running music. If you run with an mp3 player or ipod, what's on your playlist? thanks, astrid
Jennifer in MI
I just got an iPod after running for two years. Here's my playlist (warning: it's eclectic!!): Boom Boom pow - Black Eyed Peas Cupid Shuffle Get Ya Party On - Baha Men Great is the Lord - Michael W. Smith Hakuna Matata - Baha Men Holiday - green Day If I shoudl Fall From Grace - The Pogues It's a Small World - Baha Men Let's Get it Started - Black Eyed Peas Living on a Prayer - Jon Bon Jovi Move Along - All American Rejects Pump It - Black Eyed peas Say Hey - Michael Franti and Spearhead So What - Pink Tainted Love - Soft Cell Who Let the Dogs Out - Baha Men I need to add some early 80s stuff - Yaz and Erasure. These are not songs I would necessarily listen to if I were to just have the radio on!! But, they're mostly great running songs!!
astrid
Hmmm...I"m going to have to steal some of those ideas! Thanks! (LOVE Erasure!) astrid
Guest Alte Veste Academy
I like to watch tv while on the treadmill but my two favorite full albums for a "cleaning workout" (ridiculously fast housekeeping that keeps you in cardio mode the entire time) are ABBA Gold and Jive Bunny: The Album. Musical anti-depressants!

Georgiana Daniels
Toby Mac is my running buddy--not really, only in my MP3 player:D Especially love his songs Ignition and Extreame Days. Makes me want to run just thinking about it.
