Perry
We're painting the master BR, and I want THIS. Above the bed, it looks brownish. On the other side of the room, it looks gray. I want it more brown than gray. I've looked at SW and Benjamin Moore, and everything I'm finding is either too gray or too tan or too dark or too light. I'm terrible at picking colors. Anyone have a brownish taupe you can recommend?
haysmommy
We bought it at Lowes-called "cream in my coffee". It has been my favorite paint choice in 12 years of owning a home.

AngelaNYC
I used Behr's "Pecan Sandie" for my whole house. I love it and did the white trim, ceilings, and doors.
melhouse
Benjamin Moore has a color called Elephant Gray that might be close to what you want. HTH, Melissa
NicksMama-Zack's Mama Too
and I'd say it looks like "Rich Taupe PMD-77" or "Flower Wood PMD-52" "Flower Wood" looks dark on the sample, but I find that dark colors are washed out when you have natural light. hth K
jazzyfizzle
Check out a spray paint by Krylon 'Camoflauge'- the khaki color one. You could paint match it, looks very close.

Perry
What brand of paint did you get? Jan Haven't decided yet. I've only had time to go to the Benjamin Moore store so far, and I couldn't find either Ladyfinger or Elephant Gray. I'm going to the other BM store tomorrow, maybe I can find them there. And I'll go to Lowe's tomorrow also. I got a couple samples from BM but both were too dark: Alexandria beige and Kingsport gray.
