2squared
I have been inspired by all the running threads, and I am seriously considering the Couch to 5K program. I read that I can download music and prompts onto my ipod, and some of the downloads are actually free. Is that true? If so, can someone hold my hand as to how to find these downloads? I can find some podcasts, but I can't get them to work for me. I am obviously ITunes illiterate. Maybe I should ask my 7yo to figure it out. :D Thank you from a mostly-lurker. Ritsumei
A friend of mine is using this one, and she's loving it. I've been pondering trying it out, as the Runner's World program (not a podcast) I printed has been fizzling. Of course, if I'd get off my butt and RUN it'd help. I can't blame the program when I don't DO it.
mchel210
I downloaded the podcast from the link on the c25k site to my blackberry. I only am doing one week at a time. It is great!
