Not a problem except.....It's a Christmas dress. So, now I will say um, the pretty Christmas bulbs on the dress are birthday balloons:001_huh::lol::D. Yes, I'll let her wear it. It makes her happy. When one of my dd's was 3 she wore leopard print velour pants, a green striped shirt, and hot pink snow boots every day that she could get away with it....in the summer....everywhere we went.
