ChicoryChick
HI, I have a friend (in PA) who needs to test this year. Her son needs lots of time to complete, no time limits. Do you know of such a test that would fit the PA qualifications? Thanks
Tidbits of Learning
The PASS test by Hewitt is approved in some states and it isn't timed. http://hewitthomeschooling.com/test/tmain.asp She could check with her local district to see if it is approved. Soph the vet
See if the Peabody (PIAT-R) is allowed in PA. It is a nationally norm-referenced test that is completely oral and given by a certified tester usually in their own home. Great test for younger kids or those who freak at the thought of being timed.
ChicoryChick
Thanks so much for the replies. I will pass these along. Any others?
Melissa B
I believe the SAT 10 is untimed. I could be mistaken, but it is my understanding that the reason Florida requires the SAT 9 as opposed to the SAT 10 is because the SAT 9 is timed.
