phathui5
I saw today that our realtor put our house on her blog: http://www.theopenmindedteam.com/blog.asp The address is 3039 Pinewood Ave, 21214. If you are looking for a house, know anyone who is looking for a house, or have any ideas for where I should post my house, let me know. KJB
Can you tell me about your school district and neighborhood? I have a friend moving to Baltimore this spring. She's looking for a house in a great school district with a safe neighborhood. I'll forward the listing and your response to her. Thanks! phathui5
I love our neighborhood. It really is a good place to raise a family. There are lots of kids on our street to play with. The street is safe, not a lot of traffic. We get along well with our neighbors and they're the kind of neighbors where you can borrow an egg if you need one. There is a library only four blocks away, we walk there often. There are two grocery stores within a mile. As far as local schools go, our public school here rates higher than the other local choices: http://www.greatschools.net/cgi-bin/cs_compare/md?compare_type=distance&city=Baltimore&school_selected=215&level=p&from=form There is also a great private school within a short walk: http://aisudbury.com/ Our next door neighbor goes to City Neighbors Charter School: http://www.cityneighbors.org/index.html
KJB
I'll send your info to her. Her DH will be commuting to DC while they're there but she is looking in the Baltimore area for a home. They're moving there from Germany. They're military. Who knows, it might work out. Stranger things have happened! Good luck, in any case! QueenCat
That's in the Hamilton area! My dad grew up on Morello Road! Not far at all from your house!
LizzyBee
That's in the Hamilton area! My dad grew up on Morello Road! Not far at all from your house! I thought that looked like Hamilton, but I didn't recognize the zip code, so I wasn't sure. I lived in Timonium, then Parkville for 11 years. I miss Baltimore so bad, but I don't think we're moving back any time soon.

5knights3maidens
Aren't you concerned that you just put up your whole address on the www??
phathui5
Aren't you concerned that you just put up your whole address on the www?? Eh, the house is listed for sale, and all the addresses on the MLS listing are public. There's nothing good to steal here, and we're going to have a housesitter here after we move, so the house won't be sitting empty.
