What's on the menu tonight? (my confession)

We had beef and tomatoes over rice. It has morphed from a Chinese recipe my girlfriend taught me (that I really never learned) into this whole other dish. I have recently discovered cabernat sauvignon (no clue if I spelled that right) I don't like it to drink, but wow does make a beef dish POP! Yummy! I am throwing it in everything I cook now. :D
