Turns out, it's all pumpkin pie mix with sugar and spices already added. Can I just omit the sugar and spices from the bread recipe and use this pumpkin? Thanks! The amount of sugar and spices in the mix might be different from what's in the recipe, but the bread should still turn out just fine regardless.
