Two dates are offered for this informational overview of the Classical Writing series and the tutorials offered for middle and high school students. Meetings will be held in our WebEx virtual classroom so that you can get an idea of how it works. There will time for your questions at the end.

Thursday, July 2, 9-10 p.m. EST

Tuesday, July 7, 9-10 p.m. EST

For more information, visit http://www.classicalwritingtutorials.com

To attend a meeting, please follow the instructions below. The sign-in process takes a little time, so please try to start about 10 minutes before the session.

Please go to https://escondidotutorial.webex.com Click on the tab at the top left of your window that says Training Center. You will see a list of all the meetings currently running. You will see “Introduction to Classical Writing Tutorials†or "Mrs. Weitz" on the list. Click Join next to this room.

When prompted, enter your first and last name and email and then use the password “Classical6†(case sensitive) when prompted. The software will take a little while to download when you enter the first time, so please be patient if nothing appears to be happening. Once you are in the room you will be asked if you would like to join the VOIP audio conference—you need to join this to hear the audio, so please accept it. You will need a microphone on your computer if you would like to speak during the Q&A time. You also need a high speed internet connection to participate—DSL, cable or satellite.

If you are having technical difficulties, you can call the WebEx tech support number: 1-866-229-3239. Please do not call tech support unless the room is running.
