I asked dh, and he said Rhea Seehorn has a scene on a tram in Better Call Saul that was truly transcendent.
Yes. She is unbelievably good.
Bryan Cranston in Breaking Bad was the first actor to come to my mind.

A woman and two children drowned in the Rio Grande on Friday while trying to enter the U.S. near a section of the southern border where Texas National Guard soldiers have prevented federal Border Patrol agents from processing and rescuing migrants.
Federal officials and a Texas congressman said National Guard soldiers deployed by Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott did not allow Border Patrol agents to attempt to rescue the migrants.
On Friday night, Border Patrol identified six migrants in the Rio Grande who were in distress near the park, known as Shelby Park, Democratic Congressman Henry Cuellar said in a statement Saturday. Federal agents, Cuellar added, unsuccessfully attempted to contact Texas state officials about the emergency by phone. Then, when Border Patrol agents went to the park and asked to be allowed to render aid to the migrants, they were denied entry, according to Cuellar.
It's shameful and inhuman to treat people this way. 😞

Yesterday in my wal mart pick up I got a pack of bubble gum and a pack of poly grip for dentures that I did not order. What a weird combination.
Was it Freedent? 🙂 Makes me miss my grandma.

This is not exactly what you're asking, but my family and I were boosted and have remained Covid free in spite of a surge of Covid in our small town. I would guess that our community's vax rate is below the national average (which is low enough already!).

The matter is closed. If they wanted you to return the items, they would have sent you a prepaid label and/or arranged a pickup since the mistake was on their end.
Target has good customer service and they're not going to inconvenience you to fix their error. Also, the gift sets were probably a Christmas thing and not worth their time, trouble, and expense to get back.
Enjoy the free stuff. 🙂

He's adorable.
OCD drugs have been tested on mice. Some researchers decided that mice's tendency to bury things must be due to anxiety or OCD. Laboratory mice had marbles placed in their cages on top of their wood chip bedding. The OCD drugs were considered effective when they decreased marble burying behavior in the mice. Other researchers disagreed with the conclusions, saying that if marbles made mice anxious, they would simply avoid them. (I agree.)
I think mice just like collecting and tidying things. 🙂 I had some as pets when I was a child. So curious and sweet!

I was an idiot and refused her help. Untreated OCD, lack of sleep, lack of experience. Wish I could do that over again!

I love this so much. 💕
One of my favorite childhood books was basically the same story, only with a pancake as the main character! I love picture books and preschoolers and and all the fun activities that go along with them.

I’m not sure this will help with weight loss effects, but a year ago or maybe closer to 18 mos ago, I felt that my face skin was showing its age. I talked to the derm and started using tretinoin at night and Vit C serum in the am. I added a really inexpensive collagen cream for moisturizing, something for rosacea, and switched the few makeup products that I use to something more moisturizing. It’s been a pretty dramatic change, I can really see a difference.
Do you use tretinoin over your whole face? Around your eyes?
DD switched to a different strength for her acne and I'm tempted to try her leftover low concentration cream for my wrinkles and age spots.

Lots of swimming at the public pool in the summer. Plenty of playing outside after school and during vacation. Occasional bicycle riding, roller skating, jump roping.
We had PE in school but I didn't enjoy it at all.

Ate out perhaps once a month at Arby's or Ponderosa Steakhouse. Went to A&W Restaurant for fries or a sweet roll and a soft drink on Friday afternoons to celebrate the weekend. 🙂

@Dmmetler Oh! But there are different calendars--purple, yellow, pink, and green (Disney) and they all look to contain different things!

Does anyone know if the Mini Brands advent calendars are different from box to box? Walgreens has the toy one at 80% off. I bought one, and am trying to decide if I should go back and get more.
From an Amazon review: "My only complaint is that it shows pictures of everything that is in the calendar, so you know what you’re going to be getting."

I switched to Tide powder so at least I'm not using as much plastic. Haven't tried the sheets.

I'm glad I have OCD so that I can understand others who have similar disorders. Mental illness is NOT a matter of lack of willpower / lack of faith / lack of character / lack of essential oils. 😉
