    We go out every Wednesday. We usually go to dinner and sometimes shop afterwards. Nice reconnecting in the middle of the week.

    Lots of food is now labeled as gluten-free. My nephew has to have a gluten-free diet and his family has found lots of food lists on the internet.

    With early identification a lot of school systems offer programs for 2-5 year olds with special needs. There is no cost to the family and the program is would have a certified special ed. teacher.

    Had to go with stretchy pants or bloomers.

    Check out Saint George Island, FL in the Florida panhandle. No high rise buildings, amusements, etc. Bike paths run the length of the island and there are lots of vacation homes for rent at a variety of prices. A State Park with camping is on one end of the island. Beautiful and natural.

    We start in early August when schools around here go back. All the kids from church and neighborhood are heading back then. For a winter start we begin right after the New Year.
