Agreeing with both of the above commenters. I suggest always taking a pain pill (Ibu?) the first & second day of brace adjustments as my mouth was always sore. If you can, get any loose brackets & wires fixed immediately. Good luck!
thx everyone! Managed to eat dinner yesterday & I'm making porridge for breakfast. Had a nightmare that the blue goo stuff they put on to prime my teeth stained my teeth permanently LOL
