Good Sunday morning!  Church, planning lessons for next week, beginning our advent book tonight and of course, one more load of laundry.  I plan to do some walking in there somewhere, I think anyway.  Do any of you have use any yoga videos on YouTube that you'd recommend?  I really need to spice up my exercising.

This taught me the link between gluten and my horrendous menstrual cycles, insomnia, and back pain, and my need to be more consistent in my fitness activities. It also showed me I was worse with sugar than I thought.

You make an ok symbol and try to get people to look at it. If they look they lose.

My Dh does that or points to a spot on the floor and if you look, you lose.  I must really be old because I just think it's stupid.

I spend most of the morning combing the mats out of that MS and sending a partial as requested, along with reiterating that is was a first draft, and full of termites. 

So I'm kind of a mess still.

Oh, and I got a form rejection from another agency while all the above was going on. So subjective this writing business.

Good morning!  I know I'm late but, we got up late and went right to school, my day is dragging since youngest is fighting every little thing but, I plan to persevere and not die, pre ITT rules.  I'm hoping to redeem the day but, I don't know how well that's gonna work, people have been texting me endlessly and I'm trying not to be annoyed by it.  Dh and I need to have a serious talk with our young adults and I'm wondering if y'all think it would've be better to wait until after the holidays or just do it now?  Is anyone here done with Christmas shopping?
