My daughter is 5 1/2 and we've been playing: Uno Chutes and Ladders Mousetrap (I do not like this one at all but she loves it) Yahtzee Jr Trouble Various versions of Go Fish with the favorite being an I Spy version Checkers

We are heading to Rehoboth Beach tomorrow. This will be our first visit to that area but our friends that are going with us have gone many times and really like the area a lot. I'm going to look into that pirate thing since their little boy LOVES pirate themed things and I think my daughter would like it too!

I had difficulty upgrading my 3g iphone. It kept hanging on the backing up part. I finally did a normal sync then a restore. iOS4 installed fine during the restore then it prompted me to use a back up to restore my data. That worked well and my phone is fine. I'm not sure why I did it at all since my new iphone 4 will be arriving in a few days.

My 5 1/2 year old is now riding in a Graco Turbo Booster and does very well with it. We used it for short trips at first to be sure that she could sit properly in it.

Wow, what a horrible and tragic story. There are adoption disruptions that go on more often than people would like to think. The "right" way to do it definitely NOT putting a child, especially a child with so many issues, on a plane alone. If she would have done it the "right" way and contacted the agency or social worker, the child could have been adopted here in the US in a domestic adoption situation. What now for this child? Will he spend the rest of his childhood in some orphanage? Will he get the help he needs? Will he ever be able to trust anyone again? I'm not blaming the mom for disrupting because I get that it's the only solution for some families but I am blaming her for doing it in such an awful way. I will be praying for this little guy.
