klmama
What is it with registration materials not having all of the details needed for students to arrive prepared and for parents to know what to expect? I'm feeling particularly frustrated by this, as I have had to contact instructors repeatedly about summer activities to get information that should have been made clear on the website, in the registration materials, etc. I'm talking about basic info one would expect them to communicate in their materials, like class dates, start and end times, and required attire. Is this just a problem around here, or do you see the same thing?

Is this just a problem around here, or do you see the same thing? Yep, I see it here too. My favorite is when you get an information sheet for an event but the form is from a past season. So, I am left wondering, is all the information the same? Did they accidentally print off a 3 year old form and pass it out.....or was it on purpose because the details are the same. EXcept, you know, if it is the latter....there is inevitable something that is different, because there is always something that has changed from 3 years ago. LOL This just happened with dd18s grad night parent permission slip, legal disclaimer, medical waver, all-in-one-form. It was a form originally printed in 2013, that had 3 different dates on it. LOL grad nights from 2013, 2015, and 2017 all in different places on the form. I figure that if something did happen it wouldn't be a legal form, so it would be in our favor. LOL But really.....someone in a large high school, can't proof read a form and make consistent changes? Dd18, who is Dyslexic (!) noticed right away. You would think someone in charge of high school level education would have proof read/ noticed. :banghead:
