My spring/summer uniform is pretty much sleeveless dresses over capri leggings and sandals. I don't like to go sleeveless,though, so I usually need something to throw on over. What I am looking for is a short or 3/4 sleeve lightweight sweater that is long (hits below the waist). I need some neutral colors and hopefully they will hold up to regular wear and washing for several months. Ideas? Online is great but there are some common stores in the area.
