Lolly
She can swallow and it will still work. But, you might want to just get her some meant for swallowing! I think swallowing a chewable would be painful.
Petrichor
Or you could try crushing it/dissolving it in water or juice if say, you are trying to get rid of the chewables before you buy new vitamins

I think swallowing a chewable would be painful. :iagree: I've ended up eating a few myself that my kids didn't like. Now we buy Vitafusion gummies and I never need to remind anyone to take their vitamins anymore. ETA: I cannot imagine why it would not be okay. It will definitely dissolve in her stomach just as if she had chewed it.
In the Rain
Maybe a vitamin wouldn't matter, but some chewable medicines can not be swallowed whole. My dd asked the pharmacist about one and was told the chewing is necessary to start the digestive process, or something like that. I think swallowing a chewable vitamin sounds painful. Ours are shaped with all kinds of pointy edges. :001_huh:

amo_mea_filiis.
According to the flintstones vitamins website, their chewables can be swallowed. (I just googled and flintstones was the first i found). I can't find much more than that.
