classicHSmom
What's your favorite recipe for baked boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders that will feed a crowd? I am feeding twenty on Sunday and need ideas. Thanks.
*Jessica*
I liked to dip them in an equal mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. They are particularly yummy if you use panko instead of regular breadcrumbs.
vettechmomof2
My husband only uses Parm cheese and we LOVE them. Very easy to make. I like them pan seared with a little bit of lemon juice first but most of the time he doesn't do that just for the added time.:crying:
Perry
I've only made this for my family, but it would be easy to adapt for a large number of people. It's delicious, but not healthy. If you decide to make it, be sure to read the reviews first. I increase the amount of teriyaki and Ranch, as many others do.
Aunty Social
Well, it's not the healthiest (lots of butter), but it tastes great! Lay however many pieces you want in a baking dish, squirt with some lemon juice, and sprinkle lemon pepper on them. Crush ritz/townhouse in a baggie to crumbs, mix with some melted butter to moisten. spread cracker mix on chicken and bake. Obviously, amounts vary based on how much chicken. I'm not a great intuitive cook (must.have.recipe.) but am able to eyeball this one and it turns out great every time.
