Oakblossoms Posted May 1, 2009 Author Share Posted May 1, 2009 I would enjoy that so very much. I was a bit overwhelmed with TWTM until I read some blog posts and newsletters from her personally. Seeing how she handled a mostly boy family really helped me get through my days. I'm moving towards more structure in our lives. It's helped so much. ELaurie Posted May 1, 2009 Share Posted May 1, 2009 The talk I am referring to wasn't about planning per se; she offered practical suggestions about how to gradually move children toward doing more independent work, beginning with a very simple checklist for elementary school students, and ways to encourage age appropriate levels of autonomy over time.
